Katey is the Office Manger at SERVPRO of Flagler County. She has been with SERVPRO for about a year. She has several years experience in the industry as well as a management and human resources degree. She is continually improving on her education through SERVPRO trainings and continuing education classes. Katey also heads the social media for this SERVPRO location.
Robert Fenner is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Flagler County. He has been in the industry for over 20 years and with SERVPRO for over 15. Rob heads the production department and works with all technicians to oversee jobs and ensure the highest quality of work for all homeowners.
Aaron is the rebuild manager of the Flagler and New Smyrna Beach - Titusville locations. Aaron has many years of experience in construction, roofing, and many various trades. He works closely with the rebuild team to ensure all work is completed in a timely and highly quality work measure.
Will Myers is the Assistant Project Manager for SERVPRO of Flagler. He manages many aspects of the job from communication with clients, to quality production on all jobs, and everything in between. Will has been with SERVPRO for about a year but he grew up in the constuction business. After school he would go to a design studio and help out with anything needed. During the Summers he enjoys volunteering at Morning Star school in Jacksonville.
Crew Chief - Corey develops drying plans for the structure, which includes the setup of drying equipment, monitoring temperature, relative humidity and specific humidity. Along with complete documentation of the projects, Mr. Sanders is expected to complete all necessary paperwork with the bill payer and communicate with insurance carrier on a daily basis. Outside of SERVPRO Corey loves to go fishing in his free time. Mr Sanders has done work in the Bunnell area for many years and is a value member of our Flagler staff.
Kent Lilly is a Technician at SERVPRO of Flager and has been with us for about a year. Kent's strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valued team member. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. At SERVPRO we are always trying to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Martin Redman is a Technician with SERVPRO of Flagler and while he is a recent hire he has helped us in the past when hurricanes hit. Martin has a strong work ethic and is known around our office for his attention to detail.
Kelly Cheseldine is a Rebuild Technician for SERVPRO of Flagler County. After fire damage, Kelly will work to restore the damaged area. He has many years of construction experience and you will find his work that of a perfectionist.
Austin has been with SERVPRO for about a year and a half. He does the majority of the cleaning work such as carpets, tile, and ducts. He is continually improving his technique and striving to make each and ever customer happy daily.
Bryan is a technician who mainly works in our New Smyrna Beach-Titusville location. He will occasionally work at our Flagler Beach location, however. Bryan is IICRC certified and is currently working towards further crew chief training.
Jimmy is our in house accountant. He has been with SERVPRO of Flagler County for about 6 months. Jimmy works closely with the insurance companies and homeowners to reconcile all accounts after work has been completed.
Landon is a field technician at SERVPRO of Flagler County. He works with our crew chiefs on water remediation, fire remediation and mold remediation jobs. In addition to work in the field Landon keeps up on our fleet management on a daily and weekly basis.
Tiffany Willis is the administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Flagler County. Tiffany answers all incoming calls, assists homeowners with any new losses and paperwork needed, schedules appointments and has many other office responsibilities.
Zach is the marketing representative for SERVPRO of Flagler County. Zach has been with SERVPRO for about 6 months. Zach is our contact point for community events. Zach is always out and about talking and working with the local community.
